Quickly she became one of
the key ballroom teachers of Madrid 47 School .

further and decided to move to New York to participate in competitions,
and to run her own school in the city of Salsa.
She participated and won
many prizes (from third prize in Philadelphia to first prize in

and Philadelphia, in Hustle, Swing, and of course Salsa.
She took over the school
Zamora School of Dance and restarted it with the help of

Ecuador, has been a dancer and instructor of Latin dance for more
than twenty years. For the last ten years, Hector has called
New York home, and has taught a blend of international Salsa styling that he developed working in Cuba,
Argentina, and Spain. Hector founded Studio Zamora
in Times Square in 2002 which is now called Salsa International. Prior to this,
Hector inherited the NYC salsa classes of ballroom dance
champion Sandra Cameron at the Sandra Cameron Dance
Center, where he was an instructor for several years.
Previously, Hector served as the director and proprietor of
La Escuela de Ritmos Tropicales in Ecuador, and as
a corps dancer with Producciones Luis Padilla,
and performed in national productions under the choreographic direction
of Noralma Vera. Hector’s international television appearances
include dance performances on Domingo Millionarios
